Job Description RgPM TL is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of key RAN Optimization tasks and actions within the organization, ensuring workforce efficiency, and driving collaboration across departments. The Manager role is critical in managing flagship programs to improve RAN network performance and user experience, owning fractions of Capex, and making high-level decisions that impact the overall success of the business. Additionally, the Manager is tasked with talent development and capability building within their units.

Duties and Responsibilities

Planning & Organizing

Lead the strategic planning of tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Manage the organization of workforce resources to optimize task efficiency.

Execution

Drive the execution of key initiatives, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.

Oversee team performance, ensuring successful cross-departmental collaboration.

Decision Making & Solutioning

Make high-stakes decisions that impact flagship programs and CAPEX utilization.

Provide strategic recommendations to drive project success and solve complex issues.

Creativity & Innovation

Champion innovative approaches to improve processes and task efficiency.

Encourage creative problem-solving within the team to enhance project outcomes.

Collaboration & Teamwork / Communication

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments and divisions.

Serve as a key channel and endorser for cross-functional initiatives within the unit.

Budget Management & Ownership

Manage CAPEX for flagship projects and oversee OPEX allocations.

Ensure financial accountability and efficient use of resources within the department.

Customer Focus

Focus on function-centric solutions that align with customer needs and expectations.

Ensure that decisions and actions are driven by customer-centric outcomes.

Presentation & Reporting Skills

Deliver executive summaries and medium technical explanations for stakeholders.

Present complex information clearly and concisely to management and teams.

Leadership

Coach and train team members to build capabilities and drive performance.

Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.

Top 3-5 Deliverables

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term network plans to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

Network Design & Optimization: Oversee the design, optimization, and expansion of network infrastructure, ensuring coverage and capacity meet demand.

Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in executing network projects, including site builds, upgrades, and technology integrations.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify improvement areas and drive corrective actions.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with equipment vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of telecommunications technologies, including 2G, 4G, and 5G, RF Optimizations and network planning tools.

Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate engineering teams.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions on network strategies.

Communication: Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
