We're seeking a talented RF Microwave Hybrid Assembly Technician to test, tune, and troubleshoot mid-range to highly complex military RF microwave hybrid assemblies. Key Duties: + Test and Tune: Perform testing, tuning, and troubleshooting of RF microwave hybrid assemblies. + Environmental Testing: Conduct tests over temperature, during vibration, and mechanical shock, and manage burn-in oven processes. + Utilize Advanced Equipment: Use state-of-the-art standard, specialized, manual, and automated test equipment. + Data Management: Retrieve test procedures, assembly drawings, and schematics using computers, and input test yield data. + Assembly Tasks: Perform a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks, including modifications, rework, and quality testing. + Collaborate: Work with RF Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering to develop procedures and troubleshoot products. Basic Required Qualifications: + Experience: Previous experience in testing, tuning, and troubleshooting RF Microwave Hybrid assemblies. + RF Equipment Proficiency: Familiarity with RF Signal Generators, Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, RF Power Meters, and Network Analyzers. + Microscope Skills: Ability to work under a microscope and use hand tools like torque drivers and tweezers. + Technical Reading: Ability to read and work from detailed process sheets and drawings. + Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers to retrieve drawings, work instructions, and input data. + Vibration Equipment: Experience operating computer-driven mechanical vibration equipment. + Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis of RF Microwave test data. + Procedure Writing: Experience in writing test procedures and troubleshooting from schematics. + Controlled Environment: Familiarity with working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment. Education: + High School Diploma required An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
