Complete Description:
The consultant is the primary and senior level OUC representative performing research and technical analysis of frequency authorization requests, available spectrum assets and applicable regulations to determine availability and acquire spectrum resources. Moreover the consultant will coordinate Firstnet planning and implementation activities and work with local stakeholders to define and develop coverage and usage scenarios. In addition the candidate will oversee public safety communications solutions, evaluations, Implementations and operations.
Lastly, the consultant conducts regulatory compliance assessments of radio frequency operations and validation. Activities will include management of vendor relationship and system performance testing, troubleshooting and optimization.
