Job Description Experience Level: + Entry Level (6 months to 1 year of RF or telecommunications experience) We are one of the largest telecommunication vendors in the DMV area with a significant presence across the East Coast. We provide full turnkey solutions for both wireless and wireline sectors, supporting major carriers. Position Overview: This RF technician role involves supporting wireless small cell and ODAS deployments within the DMV area. The work will primarily be in PG County/NOVA. You will be part of a team of 2-4 technicians, where lead techs will have a helper or vice versa. Responsibilities include mounting and testing all RRH (Remote Radio Heads) and antennas. No implementation is required at this time. Tasks include mounting systems, performing alignment, and testing using OTDR, power meters, and spectrum analyzers. The role also involves shell work/upgrades, 5G antennas, pre-builds in the warehouse, and possible trial periods. Professionalism is required for customer interactions. Experience with rooftop builds is preferred.
