Job Description
Participate in the manufacture, testing, calibration, and development of high-performance electronic subsystems used in semiconductor testing equipment. Utilize common electronic test equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and function generators. Troubleshoot analog circuits using schematic drawings, and evaluate technical results to support product assessments. Communicate directly with product engineers for suggested improvements. This role emphasizes hands-on electronic testing and troubleshooting of voltage regulator and inverter circuits used in power supply design.
ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the manufacture, testing, calibration, and development of high-performance electronic subsystems.Utilize common electronic test equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and function generators.Troubleshoot analog circuits using schematic drawings.Evaluate technical results to support product assessments.Communicate directly with product engineers for suggested improvements.Emphasize hands-on electronic testing and troubleshooting of voltage regulator and inverter circuits used in power supply design.Essential SkillsKnowledge of analog circuits, including operational amplifiers (op-amps) and field-effect transistors (FET) switching devices.Proficiency with oscilloscopes, test equipment, and lab equipment.Experience with radio frequency (RF) systems.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electronic technical field.Possession of an associate degree (2 years) or an equivalent qualification.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with software tools such as Matlab and/or Microwave Office or equivalent is highly desirable.Knowledge in the use of network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal sources, and RF power compression measurement instruments.Proficiency with software tools like Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as various GPIB and USB instrument control applications.Familiarity with signal analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and temperature measurement instruments.Work Environment
Fully onsite work environment with a small company appeal and family-like atmosphere. The role requires flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and wear different hats. There is no true ‘production line’, and you will work with red-line specs and not fully defined documents in a development environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $40.87
