Your Role and Mission: As an RFI Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of our financial crime efforts. You’ll work with data from our North American partner banks to identify trends, address concerns, and enhance operational processes. By collaborating with various teams within Wise, you’ll ensure that our RFI operations run smoothly and meet our high standards.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Data Analysis: Use tools like Looker and other BI platforms to perform deep dives into RFI data, spot trends, and assess financial crime risks.Problem Solving: Act as the main point of contact for escalations, handling process and system-related issues, and coordinating with North American partner banks.Process Improvement: Identify gaps, develop solutions, and refine procedures to enhance our RFI operations.Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Wise, from Compliance to Product, to tackle challenges and share insights.Onboarding New Partners: Assist in bringing new North American banking partners on board, ensuring that they meet our RFI requirements.Continuous Improvement: Keep an eye out for opportunities to make our processes better and more efficient.
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in compliance, AML/CTF, or a similar role within a financial institution or FinTech.North American Banking Expertise: You know the ins and outs of traditional North American banking and understand the relevant regulatory frameworks.Project Management Skills: You’re a problem-solver who can take ownership, make decisions, and drive projects to completion.Analytical Mindset: You love diving into data, identifying patterns, and sharing actionable insights with your team.Communication Skills: You’re a clear and confident communicator, able to explain processes to both internal teams and external partners.Attention to Detail: You have strong documentation skills, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all your work.Team Player: You can work independently or collaborate seamlessly with others, juggling multiple priorities at once.Growth Mindset: You’re open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to grow.Fluent English: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential; other languages are a bonus!
