Master Halco, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing, decking, railing, outdoor structures, and perimeter security products is seeking a RFID Systems Coordinator.
The RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Systems Coordinator must be able to collaborate with people across all departments of the company as well as external vendors to achieve strategic goals.
This is a crucial role to help support the RFID Systems Manager to implement and manage the company’s Factory Track (RFID) platform as well as optimize development of the current system.
Customer service improvement and utilization efficiency are key components for this position.
Extensive travel is required at up to 75%.

ResponsibilitiesJob responsibilities and oversight to include but not limited to:
Collaborate and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful RFID implementationSupport the transition from start to finish at each locationSupport ongoing optimization and support for the system and/or locationsConvert non-technology locations to Factory Track (RFID) SystemsEnsure excellent internal & external customer service levelsAssist in coordinating operational process changes to allow for a smoother customer experiencePartner with multiple departments to help facilitate system and process changes Cost control and expense managementSupport financial performance metricsCompliance (e.g., Policy, SOP, JSOX, Safety, etc.)Special projects as assigned Qualifications Experience in implementing and/or supporting supply chain execution systemsProven facilitation and presentation skillsWell-rounded business acumen Exceptional organizational, time management, trouble shooting and multi-tasking skills Ability to work cross-functionally with people of all levels and departments to garner resources and knowledge needed to accomplish goalsAbility to identify areas for improvement and take timely actionStrong collaborator and ability to develop partnerships across businesses internally and externallyExperience developing long-term strategy and executable plans to support an organization’s directionRequired Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associates degree, two-year college, technical school, or equivalent work experienceTwo (2) plus years of experience in operations supportExperience executing operational improvement projects Computer Skills: MS Office, Word, Excel, ability to learn software tools

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. This position at times requires long hours.
