RFP Content Manager
OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + The RFP Content Manager is responsible for the content components of the proposal process and works in collaboration with others on the Proposal Management team, sales, marketing and other departments in support of Zelis’ responses to competitive solicitations + Content Management Library: Develop, implement, and manage a robust content management strategy and plan for the proposal team, including organizing, categorizing, and maintaining a comprehensive library of proposal content + Content Curation and Maintenance: Collaborate with subject matter experts and proposal team members to identify, gather, curate, and maintain high-quality content for the library, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with Zelis’ messaging and brand guidelines + Version Control and Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce version control processes to track content revisions, updates, and archiving of content + Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance + Content Accessibility and Searchability: Implement efficient and user-friendly systems or tools to facilitate easy access, retrieval, and searchability of content within the library, enabling proposal team members to find and utilize relevant content efficiently + Collaboration and Training: Work closely with proposal team members and subject matter experts to provide training and guidance on effectively utilizing the content management library + Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and improve content management processes and systems, staying current on industry best practices and emerging technologies + Propose enhancements to optimize content organization, retrieval, and usage + Compliance and Security: Protect sensitive or confidential information stored in the content management library + Liaison with HR and Data team for firm statistics, employee statistics, and biographies to streamline the number of requests sent to HR and legal review teams + Support Proposal Responses: Support bids by creating and populating response templates, formatting and editing text, completing forms, and drafting some sections of the response as needed, such as cover letters and corporate capabilities + Regularly audit and proactively review the entire library, working with SMEs and RFP Managers to tailor the process to their needs. + Develop processes with writers to identify content gaps at the beginning of the RFP and to identify new content and global changes that need to be added back into the library post-RFP + Provide quarterly data updates in the platform to team leader (e.g., employee, AUM, performance data) What You Will Bring: + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + CEFR Level C1/C2 English fluency for offshore resources + Excellent interpersonal skills to engage senior professionals and sales teams across the firm + Strong attention to detail in writing and editing documents + Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork + Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard + Proficient in Microsoft Office products + Deep understanding of the Qvidian proposal/content management system (or similar system), with an ability to optimize the system to support the proposal development process + Familiarity with proposal development processes and an understanding of proposal content requirements and best practices Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience + Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in content management, with at least a year of experience in a proposal environment Zelis is modernizing the healthcare financial experience by providing a connected platform that bridges the gaps and aligns interests across payers, providers, and healthcare consumers.
