Role Description:
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to be part of our Budapest team. The RFP Associate position is an opportunity to gain a deep understanding of BlackRock products and services by working as part of a team to respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). The RFPs and RFIs pertain to BlackRock U.S. Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) from Financial Advisors and large Institutional clients such as pension plans, financial institutions, and foundations and endowments. The successful candidate will be given considerable exposure to BlackRock’s ETF business.
Key Responsibilities
Work in a culture of willingness, inclusion and hands-on engagement Opportunity to develop deep expertise in BlackRock’s ETF products and strategies Work closely and develop strong relationships with partners across the ETF business (Relationship Managers, Product Strategists, Stakeholders from Legal & Complaince and other RFP Teams) Create and deliver complete, accurate and cohesive responses to requests for information about BlackRock products and services with an emphasis on ETFs and their objectives, fees, performance, trading, and liquidity Manage the entire RFP Process, including deadlines, approvals and document deliveryPopulate and update our RFP database of ETF information Work within a strong control framework to ensure documents are in line with regulatory and compliance standards and guidelines Potentially identify and implement process improvements to streamline the RFP response processKnowledge/Experience:
At least 3-4 years of proven work experience within financial services or asset management for Associate, or 0-3 years for Analyst level candidatesUniversity degree in business administration, economics, finance, or in other relating fieldA motivated individual with a demonstrated history of teamwork, drive and contribution Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening) and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and meet hard deadlines Ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment Attention to detail and quality is essential Relationship builder with internal stakeholders throughout the business Strong analytical skills and judgmentOur benefits

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all.
