Why Lytx:
The Proposal Manager will support Lytx’s sales organization through building and executing fully compliant, compelling, and winning Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) for SaaS business clients. You’ll partner with key stakeholders across the company to develop comprehensive business proposals that effectively present the unique value and benefits of Lytxs’ products, technology, solutions and services, effectively demonstrating Lytx’s value. You will be responsible for analyzing the requirements, developing the strategy in partnership with sales, and collaborating with key stakeholders, to ensure high quality, comprehensive submittal of RFIs and RFPs which highlight Lytx’s experience, advantages and benefits relative to the competition.
You’ll Get To:
Lead the development of innovative and competitive proposals to clients, developing proposal strategies and winning themes in partnership with Sales leaders.Play a key role in RFP response development for Direct and Indirect sales teams by leading the coordination of cross-functional support and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the proposal offerings meet the customer needs while also satisfying Company standards and requirements.Support the Sales team in collaborating with clients to deeply understand their needs, including product KPIs, schedule, scope, specifications, and budget. Track and analyze all RFP data for front office. Performing readouts on trends and providing recommendations for process optimization.Leverage best practices and emerging technologies to streamline and improve the development of compelling responsesWhat You’ll Need:
7+ years’ related in proposal development, product management, product marketing, sales, and/or client success. SaaS based environment preferred. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience requiredSell-side RFP experience; demonstrated success managing full cycle RFPs with varying degrees of complexity and degrees of required coordination with sales, legal, marketing and other internal teams.Analytical with experience tying market intelligence and competitive intelligence to craft RFP responses. Sharp business acumen with an ability to identify and articulate business needs to cross functional stakeholders professionally.Exceptional communication skills; writing, editing and proofreading with keen attention to detail Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks/projects.Strong interpersonal skills. Able to effectively partner to get work done efficiently and manage partners to deadlines.Familiar with contractual terms and conditions.Benefits:

This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
