Kforce has a client that is seeking an RFP Technical Writer in Juno Beach, FL. Overview: A self-starter Technical Writer will author winning proposals by working closely with subject matter experts (SME) to write, edit, organize competitive proposal content in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and business development opportunities. The Technical Writer will drive the team towards high-visibility deliverables; and has the bid and proposal process-development background necessary to effectively support a dynamic and rapidly growing business. Under minimal supervision, the candidate will help to develop proposal response strategy by identifying and clarifying requirements, evaluation criteria, track requests and manage the proposal completion process to ensure that proposal projects and RFP responses are completed and delivered by the required due date. The Tech Writer will proofread proposals and obtained internal quality control approvals by reviewing proposals with developers, project managers, and key SMEs. Well-versed with word formatting and attention to detail is a must, while ensuring that proposals are formatted according to the specific requirements of the RFPs.
