RFP Writer - Boston, MA

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an RFP Writer to support the creation and preparation of proposals, due diligence questionnaires, and other related documents.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires from start to finish.Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, write/edit content, and analyze data.Maintain and update content within proposal management systems.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality documents.Assist in maintaining investment product knowledge and content accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.Prior RFP experience strongly preferred, particularly in asset management or financial services.Familiarity with investment products such as mutual funds and managed accounts is a plus.Experience with RFP software (e.g., Qvidian, Responsive) is beneficial but not required.
