The Proposal & Content Manager plays a critical role in supporting TMG's Business Development team by creating compelling, tailored responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and managing the company's content library. Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Associate Director of Marketing, this position ensures that all proposals and company materials effectively communicate TMG's solutions and align with the organization's strategic goals. This role requires collaboration across departments to gather insights and maintain an accurate, up-to-date repository of content that enhances TMG's competitive positioning.\n
Responsibilities\n\nOversee the entire bid process from identifying opportunity requirements to crafting and submitting winning proposals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.\nWrite and edit high-quality RFP responses, proposals, and other commercial documents with meticulous attention to detail, accurately reflecting TMG's market position, value proposition, and competitive strengths.\nWork closely with the Business Development team to understand the strategic direction of opportunities and develop effective strategies for the bidding process.\nEngage and coordinate with internal teams, including operations, human resources, security, and technology, to gather necessary information and ensure all contributions are delivered on time and meet client requirements.\nEnsure all bid documents adhere to client specifications, regulatory standards, and internal quality benchmarks, maintaining consistency and professionalism in all deliverables.\nCultivate and manage relationships with external partners and subcontractors involved in the bid process, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with project goals.\nProvide guidance and support to internal proposal teams and stakeholders, keeping them informed of process updates, deadlines, and strategic priorities throughout the bid lifecycle.\nFacilitate a seamless handover of awarded contracts to the relevant technical delivery teams, ensuring they have the necessary documentation and insights to execute successfully.\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Marketing or in a relevant field\n3+ years of relevant professional experience\nExperience managing complex RFP responses\nAble to work independently with strong initiative \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent project management skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nFluent in RFP software, preferably Loopio RFP Software | RFP Management Software\n\n
