We are looking for an RGA Processor. This position will be based at our Memphis Distribution Center located in Southaven, MS.

Role Responsibilities

Communicate directives, serve as a backup when needed, and lead training efforts, including documentation for talent development. Lead daily shift debriefings, complete operations checklists, and provide feedback on production trends and improvements. Perform key tasks such as picking, packing, loading, replenishment, cycle counting, and receiving/put away. Investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, maintain logs, and interact with teams to ensure smooth operations and process improvements. Maintain forklift certification, apply critical thinking, and support company goals while leading by example and promoting a positive work environment.

Communication

Report to Operations Supervisor for additional support and communicate performance feedback and training plans as needed. Report RGA material handling variances and quality issues to the Inventory Controller and ensure timely communication within and between departments. Maintain polite, professional communication with peers and address open issues, defects, and improvement ideas daily. Communicate material needs for tasks and reconcile equipment, inventory, or process issues as reported by employees. Ensure a clean work area, follow the open-door policy for resolving issues, and provide feedback to supervisors on daily incidents.

Productivity

Monitor work performance to develop pride in your work and a sense of urgency. Provide feedback to supervisors and managers on daily incidents, both positive and negative. Become an authority on key metrics and understand how performance will be measured. Lead personnel effectively and perform production activities at a high level. Provide clear and concise directions, follow up, and address ineffective or counterproductive processes.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Computer skills required, to include warehouse management systems experience. Material Handling Experience required Minimum of 3: Stand Up Dock Truck, Order/Stock Picker, Sit down Forklift, Tugger/Cart, Walkie Rider, or any equivalent At least 4 years’ experience working in a high-volume distribution center or large retail operation. Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient with SAP & RF Scan knowledge and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) 5 years of direct operations experience.
