The opportunity

Pernod Ricard Hellas, a Great Place To Work-certified company, is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Assistant to join our team starting May 2025. This is an indefinite-term contract based at our premises in Athens (Pallini).

Key Responsibilities

Be responsible for the data entry and the quality of information in monitoring files (reconciliation vs Contracts, Invoices etc.), performing thorough checks regularly

Monitor RG KPIs and ensure alignment through relevant reports

Keep track and report on the On-Trade investment per customer, brand, area etc.

Maintain and update sales and customer records

Ensure contract and invoice documentation flow processes are delivered properly and on time

Coordinate efficiently with other departments to deliver results

Support Sales department in daily processes optimization

Liaise with external stakeholders’ (customers, suppliers etc.)

Apply value strategy in daily business to improve financial figures and customer satisfaction

Perform data analysis that will enable revenue growth opportunities identification

The ideal candidate

1-3 years of experience in sales analysis role or relevant position, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Very good MS Office knowledge required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must).

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Knowledge of BI tools is a plus.

Numerically fluent, with ability to prepare, analyze and use financial information.

Strong communication and negotiations skills, Team player.

Result oriented, ability to follow up and deliver concrete result.

Adaptable and flexible in a changing environment.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Works well in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines for deliverables.
