RGM Manager - Digital Business Unit

Job Description:

The objective of the role is to develop and lead key SRM initiatives to deliver sustainable, profitable and mutual growth.   This will be through optimizing the key levers of RGM - pricing, trade terms, promotional strategy and mix, which will require close collaboration with customer teams and co-piloting with the Commercial Strategy leads and the ability to build relationships and stakeholder management across multiple levels, markets and functions.

What are we looking for?

A proven record in analysing and modelling complicated data sets and the creation of analysis tools (Excel, Databases) to aid decision making.  The ability to use this information to reach insightful conclusions and create robust recommendations (‘So What’) and present outputs in an informative way.

Extensive knowledge and strong acumen across all RGM practices

High organization agility with the ability to build relationship across multiple teams and markets/cultures.

Comfortable standing alone in order to influence change and engage with multiple stakeholders including senior management.

Proactive nature, leadership to build, develop and adjust with learning.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Define and deploy key pricing initiatives (AEP process, CPI, price elasticity, net pricing red lines, innovation PPA creation) for DBU (Digital Business Unit) customers in alignment with regional and local SRM teams.

Track market competitiveness and deliver key insights and recommendations to Commercial Strategy leads and customer teams to improve plans and identify growth opportunities.

Maintain, deploy and supervise floor price governance for DBU collaboration alongside Regional RGM team.

Create promotional strategy and guidelines for DBU customers across the markets, consider local market strategy and developing supporting tools and analysis to optimise guidelines.

Drive mutual profitable mix and internal MAC through identifying and implementing eRGM initiatives, including trade terms, throughout the year across the portfolio

Develop RGM capabilities within the DBU, whilst becoming a key person in the RGM community to share learnings, build networks and relationship and bring the outside context back into the DBU.
