RGM Sr Manager
Adjust brand pricing to fully capture the value of Danone's portfolio;De-average pricing at SKU level to match consumers' willingness-to-pay and maximize value across packs, channels and retailers;Redefine pack architecture to ensure right level of coverage across consumer occasions and shopper missions (e.g. pack sizes, functional benefits);Redefine mix/assortment across customers and channels, and optimize execution (e.g. right-size distribution breadth, apply principles of perfect store execution);Adapt promo spend allocation to i. competitive landscape, ii. category and brand objectives (e.g., trial, loyalty), iii. retailer/channel considerations and iv. tactical ROI optimization (e.g., rationalize value-destroying promo events to reinvest);Increase promo efficiency, using analytics to drive the optimal promo tactics and promo calendarsAllocate the right resources to trade, reallocate towards high-potential customers, and optimize joint profit pools, incl. tailored implementation of pricing strategies;Step up in management of trade spend through effective Trade Terms structure, tracking outcomes and joint business planning (incl. transparency on cost-to-serve).Educational Background: Completed degree in administrative areas, finance, engineering, or related fields.Industry Experience: Previous knowledge/experience working with dairy products will be considered an advantage.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency
