Ridge Tool - 3rd Shift Distribution Associate

AS A DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE YOU WILL:

Picking Orders will be picked with a RF scanner Complete all work in an accurate and efficient manner. Must be able to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative manner to support a team environment—occasionally a high-demand environment. Must be willing to learn to pick product operating powered industrial equipment. Maintaining housekeeping responsibilities daily. Other duties may be assigned. Packing Must be able to carry out instructions accurately as specified by the customer. markings, special product stacking, use of special pallets, etc. Responsible for the retrieving and transporting of material per the daily work schedules. Complete all work in an accurate and efficient manner. May be required to transport finished product into trailers using powered industrial equipment. Must be able to perform functions on the computer. Must be able to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative manner to support a team environment—occasionally a high-demand environment. Maintaining housekeeping responsibilities daily. Other duties may be assigned.

We have third shift positions available.  This position starts at $16.19 per hour.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Must be able to work independently and complete tasks with minimal direction. Must have basic math skills. Must have successfully completed and passed Emerson’s training on all required equipment which included but is not limited to; fork trucks, stock pickers, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks. Must be comfortable working at heights of 20 feet wearing fall protection gear. Must follow all Company Safety Policies and Procedures. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, travel up and down stairs, and walk/stand/work on concrete for 8+ hours. Our Offer To You:
