Main functions:
1. Cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping and repairing equipment prior to carrying out a job
2. Monitoring and repairing equipment during shows and any required fault finding
3. Building and installing equipment on site unsupervised, according to designated layout
4. Setting up and operating systems/equipment for smaller projects (i.e. running small to medium-sized shows)
5. Loading and unloading of equipment
6. Cleaning of equipment after shows and storing properly
7. Rigging and de-rigging of all equipment safely
8. Working as part of a team on and off site
9. Notifying Head of Department of all defective equipment
10. Providing a good level of support to the HOD
11. Performing annual inventory of all eclipse equipment as per the set procedures in place
12. Having a good understanding of department equipment
13. Interacting directly with clients on site in a customer-oriented manner.
14. Adhering to health and safety regulations and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
15. Reporting all health and safety issues to Group HSE Manager
16. Respecting and adhering to company policies, rules and procedures
17. Miscellaneous tasks within your scope of work, as assigned by the direct supervisor
