Performing under minimal supervision you will negotiate agreements for the purchase of property rights necessary for highway projects with owners, tenants and/or their representatives. You will read and explain or interpret construction plans and appraisals to the property owner. Presents relocation offers and you must be prepared to discuss the purpose and amount of that offer.
