Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $49.50/hourLocation: Houston, TXWork Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9 hours, Friday, 4 hoursAssignment Duration: Long term, 12 months +

Must have 5+ years' midstream related experience
Responsible for supporting local stakeholders with land & right-of-way projects within an assigned location
Assist with and develop plans for access, temporary workspace, and notification of integrity and corrosion projects
Agent will be required to prepare reports related to easement rights, title updates, landowner claims
Prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property
Identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies
Investigate, negotiate, settle and issue checks for damage claims
Requires minimal guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor
Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or related experience is required5+ years midstream experienceAbility to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and platsHas database experienceHas some title experience (at a minimum, the individual must have a basic understanding of title)Has some experience with GIS (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.)Must have attention to detailMust be able to work independently or with a teamMUST have midstream / gathering system experience
