Airswift has been tasked by one of its major midstream clients to look for a Right of Way Agent work a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension, in Houston, TX. Responsible for performing tasks associated with understanding and interpreting easements and the diverse provisions that are in newer easements Ability to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and plats Has database experience Has some title experience (at a minimum, the individual must have a basic understanding of title) Has some experience with GIS (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.) Must have attention to detail Must be able to work independently or with a team MUST have midstream / gathering system experience
