In the role of Right of Way Technician 2, we’ll count on you to:
Perform mid-level technical services for right-of-way projects as required by the assignment, including project coordinationOrder and review title, perform title curative duties, provide detailed property research, and prepare acquisition and document packages that are certification-readyCoordinate closing/settlement/condemnation packages and document recordings Input data, maintain tracking and parcel status database, and prepare client reports Often work closely with agents and at the direction of a Project ManagerPerform other duties as needed as needed.Note that this position requires driving to project sites, and requires the candidate to have a driving record that is acceptable under the HDR Motor Vehicle policy,Preferred Qualifications
AA degree or equivalent experienceDatabase and GIS familiarityMicrosoft TEAMSLI-MP1
Required QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of experience with right-of-way, title, paralegal, real property law or mortgage lending Specific industry regulatory knowledge a plus Ability to understand real estate documents such as title, appraisal, environmental and survey Proficiency with Microsoft Office Industry experience is beneficial and highly organized work approach
