Knowledge@BCG consists of the Knowledge Team (KT), Data & Research Services (DRS) and Knowledge & Collaboration Solution (KCS). KT is a group of experts within respective fields or areas providing industry, functional and geographic expertise to consulting teams. KT members are aligned to Practice Areas, sometimes serving as members of case or project teams. KT offers insight into a topic or function derived from BCG's knowledge base and case/project experience. The members of our DRS team work alongside consulting team colleagues to bring advanced research capabilities to support projects and clients. KCS team is a cross-functional team equipping BCGers with internal and external knowledge resources and digital collaboration tools, enabling them to work smarter and with increased productivity

What You'll Do

As the Global Director of the RISE Program at BCG, you will be responsible for leading the strategic growth, marketing, and operational growth and scaling of BCG's Rapid & Immersive Skill Enhancement (RISE) program. This role focuses on optimizing the entire program experience from accelerating learner acquisition, optimizing the learner experience, and scaling upskilling solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business world. You will lead cross-functional teams to execute data-driven marketing strategies, ensure content and upskilling relevance, and build robust partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Your leadership will help shape the future of upskilling, delivering high-impact outcomes and ensuring the program's local and global success.

 

 What You'll DoAs the Global Director of the RISE Program, your mission is to lead and grow a world-class, learner centric upskilling platform that helps individuals and organizations meet evolving business demands in an increasingly evolving market. Specifically, you will:Lead Strategic Growth Initiatives: Drive learner acquisition and expand market presence for the RISE Program, which focuses on Rapid & Immersive Skill Enhancement (RISE). You will implement data-driven strategies for finding new growth verticals and markets, strategically growing enrolment and sponsoring the launch of new learner programs to ensure global impact.Oversee Learner Experience: Enhance and transform the end to end learner journey, from onboarding to post-program engagement and employment outcomes, ensuring content relevance and market alignment. You will also focus on scaling learner support, job placements, and alumni success to ensure robust outcomes for participants.Marketing & Enrollment Leadership: Lead a multi-disciplinary team of digital marketing and enrollment specialists to develop and execute multi-channel media strategies that generate high-quality leads. Oversee enrollment processes that nurture leads and convert them into students, ensuring continuous optimization of marketing efforts that result in high retention and completion rates.Expand RISE from Singapore to Global Markets: Spearhead the continued growth of RISE in the Singapore market, while finding ways to expand the RISE solution portfolio to additional global markets where rapid upskilling for citizens, government employees and business leaders are in critical need. Partnership Development: Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, and corporate partners. Your focus will be on expanding BCG's RISE program reach and ensuring alignment with partner goals.Financial and Operational Stewardship: Align acquisition and learner experience strategies with profitability targets, managing budgets and revenue growth. You will ensure that the program's operational excellence supports both the strategic objectives and financial health of the RISE initiative. You will be responsible for the government compliance, vendor and risk management oversight that allows the program to maintain it's good standing.

Sales & Marketing Growth & Transformation: Expertise in crafting and executing omni-channel marketing strategies that generate quality leads and convert them into enrolled learners. You have deep experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong ability to leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing and enrollment strategies, continuously improving conversion rates and learner satisfaction.

Optimizing the learner experience: Leading a team that delivers an end to end learner experience from first impression through job outcome and alumni status.  

Cross-functional Leadership: Skilled at leading multi-disciplinary teams and collaborating across organizational levels. You excel in navigating complex, matrixed environments to deliver results.

Innovative Problem Solving: An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of finding innovative solutions to complex challenges. You thrive in environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.



What You'll Bring

Years of Experience: 12-15 Years of leadership experience, particularly within the education, upskilling, or growth tech sectors, with a focus on scaling businesses.Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and enrollment strategies. Experience in managing omni-channel marketing campaigns and optimizing enrollment funnels.EdTech Experience: A background in educational technology, including familiarity with digital learning platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance learner engagementEntrepreneurial and Pragmatic: You are ambitious with a business building mindset that sees the global opportunity, but also practical and pragmatic in how you approach the day to day execution necessary to unlock that entrepreneurial opportunity.Educational Background: An MBA or a related degree in Business Administration, with expertise in learner experience transformation, marketing, and digital upskilling solutions.Operational Excellence: Proven experience in managing financial budgets, aligning revenue growth with strategic goals, and ensuring program success metrics are met.Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build meaningful partnerships. 

Who You'll Work With

Internal Stakeholders: Cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, learner experience, and finance to drive learner acquisition and optimize program delivery.External Partners: Build and maintain relationships with key external partners such as government agencies, corporate partners, and educational institutions to enhance program reach.BCG U Leadership: Engage regularly with the BCG U leadership team, product owners, and learning designers to ensure that the RISE Program continues to innovate and lead in the market.Client Teams: Work closely with BCG client service teams, Managing Directors & Partners to ensure the program aligns with client needs and delivers significant business impact.
