Role description:

Arcadis Italy is currently recruiting for a Change, Risk & Document Controller Consultant who will work on an important international project for an important client in the Data Center sector, reporting directly to the Lead Contract Administrator.
The role will require to guide project changes and related control and management procedure with Client, in conjunction with the Project Manager, to assure the commercial completion of change order forms, measure and value all changes and advise Client of changes costs prior to implementation.
They will also be in charge of assuring that the cost changes are agreed in a timely manner, and assemble the appropriate documentation for each change item to agree with the employer and contractor on a monthly basis.

 

Role accountabilities:

Change and Risk Management activities. Work alongside with team lead contract administrator and client to manage project changes Overview and manage the General/Main Contractor and vendors changes from inception through to the final payments. Draft and discuss commercial agreements of all change orders as per change management process. Evaluate, highlight, and communicate project risks. Document management: Implement and manage overall document control system (procedures, workflows, guidelines…) Implement a centralized document repository and filing system.  

 

Qualifications & Experience:

Around 2-4 years of previous working experience as a Contract Administrator, Risk & Change Specialist or similar roles; A BSc or MSc degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent Knowledge of contracts and project management Knowledge of standard engineering and construction practices, techniques and procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
