Working in the Central Business Risk Management Operations Team, the Program Manager, MD is expected to plan, prioritize, organize, facilitate and assist in guiding the strategy, analysis, resource allocation, implementation and execution of risk and controls related strategic and remediation-related initiatives.
This position is responsible for overseeing the successful end-to-end lifecycle of projects. Responsibilities also include helping to manage and develop relationships with team members, stakeholders, sponsors, executives and external parties. You will be expected to be hands on in the delivery of projects by leading virtual teams and executing your own project efforts as assigned.
What you will be responsible for
Act as an implementation lead for strategic initiatives as assigned
Provide program/project management, prioritization, direction and leadership to team members to accomplish defined objectives
Develop and track performance metrics across assigned strategic initiatives
Review resource demand and capacity and be able to work out conflicts or reprioritize when needed
Engage business leads and peers, interface with senior and executive leaders across the organization; ensure clear communications and information flow to meet business objectives
Coordinate and contribute to Executive-level meetings, identifying strategic issues for consideration
Serve as an advocate and change agent; persuade and influence courageously at all levels of the organization

Education & Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA in Finance, Business Administration or related work experience required
Strong Program/Project management background with demonstrated ability to lead and execute difficult or large-scale implementations in a financial firm
Salary Range:
$170,000 - $267,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
