We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate FINPRO team at Marsh New Zealand. This role will be based in Auckland, NZ office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Our Hybrid WFH will be available after an initial training period.
In this role, you will provide support to our client executives on a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high-quality customer service is delivered at all times. You will be expected to assist with month-end processes.

Assist with the implementation and achievement of business plans and goals.Interact positively with colleagues in other Marsh practices to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.Develop and maintain effective long-term relationships with key client decision-makers, monitoring changes within client organizations to protect and enhance our relationships.Maintain awareness of all client claim-related matters and assist in negotiating equitable claim settlements as required.Take ultimate responsibility for the timely and accurate production, processing, and delivery of client-related documentation, including invoices, policy accounting, quotations, renewal reports, and more.What you need to have:
