A day in the life:

As part of our Risk Advisory team on the Private Client Services team, you’ll work collaboratively with Private Client Services Leadership to drive profitable growth by providing risk consulting advisory and insights, risk mitigation services and risk prevention solutions to create a suite of services to assist Family Office and Ultra High Net Worth clients. You will have access to the global resources of MMC, Marsh and MMA and be expected to deliver industry leading insights, tools and unmatched depth of expertise to clients who are prepared to take the ‘extra step’ to safeguard their lifestyles and/or assume more risk. You will be uniquely positioned to empower clients to live life fully knowing they have proactively addressed their personal risk.  The continuous review and application of emerging technology, tools and approaches to manage and mitigate risk is essential:

Provide risk mitigation guidance to clients including pre-submission surveys, replacement cost calculations and on-site loss control surveys to enhance portfolio attractiveness to admitted and non-admitted markets.Be available to colleagues to analyze and comment on carrier appraisal and risk mitigation services, as well as claims recovery strategies, ensuring carrier actions are fully aligned with client interests.Monitor external environments for trends, regulatory changes, and best practices. Identifies emerging opportunities and risks in order provide strategic guidance and implement appropriate action plans and escalates to senior leaders, where appropriate.Works in unison with carrier personnel, Advisory Resource partners and other third-party vendors to ensure clients, COIs and colleagues are provided a seamless and comprehensive solution to their personal risk needs, including delivery of new and varied services and solutionsEvaluate existing risk management practices and put forth a strategic plan to improve the client experience, elevate risk management offerings and maximize retention

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

5 -7 years of risk management experience in High Net Worth insuranceAppropriate Property & Casualty license requiredBachelor's degree strongly preferredWildfire and earthquake experience, and familiarity with IBHS and NFPA Wildfire programs  (WESTERN) Hurricane, wind and flood experience. Familiarity with IBHS and the Fortified Program.  (EASTERN)Strong leadership, emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication to skillfully navigate COI, client and colleague dynamics, to gain support for recommendationsEvaluate existing risk management practices and put forth a strategic plan to improve the client experience, elevate risk management offerings and maximize retentionCollaborative track record leading to design and implementation of contemporary workflows, processes, and data gathering and analysis.Robust admitted and non-admitted carrier relationships.Coach colleagues to achieve favorable client outcomesAttain internal KPIs, including loss ratios and client satisfaction scores

The applicable base salary range for this role is $111,600 - $178,300. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
