The Role

Assist RAS department in the account set up, maintenance, appointments and service workflow Maintain service standards by responding timely to internal/external partner requests and required communications Provide support for State regulation compliance and audits Maintain RAS folders ensuring all necessary service documents are filed  Assist RAS in preparation for client stewardship meetings, risk evaluation reviews and renewals Handle special projects, meetings and support RAS Leadership as necessary  

The Requirement

Five plus years of experience in loss control insurance field inspections Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities   Strong English written and oral communication skills Computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Responsive with good time management skills Strong customer service and Interpersonal skills Data analysis and interpretation ability
