Risk Analyst
Aon is looking for a Self-Insurance Compliance Risk Analyst As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our Aon Global Risk Consultant Group, in Bloomington, MN. As a Compliance Risk Analyst for Self-Insured companies, you will report directly to the Senior Risk Consultant. This is a hybrid role in Bloomington, MN and there will be an in-office requirement of 1+ days per week. Your impact as a Compliance Risk Analyst Job Responsibilities include: + Prepare workers' compensation self-insurance filings + Prepare auto rental limited lines licensing and auto liability self-insurance filings + Maintain accurate and detailed records of state self-insurance filings and patient compensation fund compliance. + Review data reports from numerous RMIS and claims systems + Meet multiple deadlines + Log information in databases + Prepare correspondence and forms + Develop and maintain excellent client relationships + Provide guidance to clients + Assist with sale and cross selling of compliance products + Work in a team environment Qualifications: + Minimum 5 years business experience.
