Risk Analyst II

About the Role:

This position will be focused on the governance and oversight of the Business Continuity Program, which included business continuity lifecycle activities and operational resilience. Work cross-functionally to support the continued development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's Business Continuity Program. Report and assess risks with the help of tools and direction provided by management.  

What You Will Do:

Conduct complex business impact analyses to identify critical business functions and processes. Perform periodic reviews of business continuity plans to ensure quality/accuracy. Develop and conduct regular testing of business continuity plans. Develop and maintain training and awareness program. Provide training and guidance to staff on business continuity protocols and emergency response procedures. Assist in updating and maintaining business continuity standards, documents, and policy. Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in business continuity. Support both internal and external audits of program. Identify opportunities for improvement and standardization for resilience capabilities. Perform after hours/weekend testing support as required. Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Typically, 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent. Attention to detail The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary range:  $57,582.12 – $106,345.10

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
