Risk Analyst - Workers Comp Claims
The Risk and Insurance Analyst – Workers’ Compensation Claims is responsible for managing WC claims with oversight of the Third Party Claims Administrator (TPA), coordination of the return-to-work program, handling lost time claims, authorizing settlements, and maintaining accurate records. The Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for the day-to-day operations of the Workers’ Compensation program and ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end workers compensation claim process, including reporting, medical coordination, lost time and return-to-work program, and litigation management. Oversight of all activities of the Company’s Workers’ Compensation Third Party Claims Administrator (TPA). Support the Company’s Safety Program with development and implementation of proactive measures to reduce risk of work-related injuries. Ensure confidentiality is practiced at all times.
