About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Risk Analytics Consultant.
The successful candidate will report to the CIB Portfolio Risk lead and will work closely with the other CIB Risk teams as well as other Business Sponsors.
In this role, you will:
Participate in less complex analysis and modeling initiatives, and identify opportunity for process production, datareconciliation, and model documentation improvements within Risk ManagementReview and analyze programing models to extract data, and manipulate databases to provide statistical and financial modeling, and exercise independent judgment to guide new and existing projects with medium risk deliverablesCoordinate and consolidate the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for more experienced
managementPresent recommendations for resolving data reconciliation, production, and database issuesExercise independent judgment while developing expertise in policy governance, risk projects, and regulatory requestsCollaborate and consult with peers, managers, experienced managers, compliance, including various lines of business
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master's degree preferably in Finance / Economics / Business Management2+ years of experience as a business analysis in financial industry (preferred risk background).Design and conduct data analysis to identify and remediate data quality issues and control gaps.Excellent problem-solving ability with solid communication and collaboration skills.Self-starter, takes initiative, and has a strong desire to learn and grow.Review risk monitoring activities and identify and recommend opportunities for risk reporting.Experience in financial industries including risk management.Experience preferred from a large, matrixed, global financial services companyIn-depth understanding of the Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau with strong SQL.Collaborative mindset with ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.Strong analytical and detail orientatedStrong project management skills and ability to coordinate several reports / projects at onceWork with the team to develop risk analytics dashboard prototypes.Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audience and build consensus among different stake holders. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Participate in regular meetings with and provide risk analysis and updates to relevant senior management.Work with the technology team to deploy appropriately detailed solutionPosting End Date:
