ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
OVERALL ROLE
The Risk and Control Officer performs analysis, review and tracking of the team’s adherence to government, client and internal JLL processes and requirements.
He/She shall provide guidance to the team in understanding relevant regulations and policy changes and assist the team on the integration of requirements to existing operation and processes.
He /She must gain an understanding of the environment in which risks are to be managed, taking into account regulations and policy concerns, business objectives, stakeholder interests, and risk tolerance.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance to PEZA and LGU Requirements
Help the site operations team to ensure that all PEZA and LGU certificates and permit are active - NOT EXPIRED.Keep a copy of all the PEZA and LGU certificates and permits of all sites.Compliance to Client Requirements
Monitors compliance of the team to client’s required processes and system (TPO, ADHERE, DART, Clean Desk, Record Retention, and others).Release status reports and coordinate with site team to understand support needed to complyInitiate contact with vendor partners to send full list of requirements, ensure timely submission of documents, keep track of any certificate or insurance expiration and ensure timely renewal, as needed.Liaise with the client representative handling the process in behalf of the vendor partners or site team as neededCompliance to JLL Requirements

Ideal Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk and Compliance, Audit or Finance in similar industryBachelor’s degree in business related field such as Accounting, Finance, Education, Economics, Business/Administration, Computer Science, Management, Information SystemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skillsWith good attention to details, strong analytical, organization and administration skillsAble to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirementsCritical Competencies for Success (with corresponding ‘I am JLL behaviours’)
