Are you someone who can:

Assessment and decisioning of group risk PHI and CI claimsLiaison with the Members, Employer, Reinsurers and 3rd party providersDriving return to work of Members with short duration disabilitiesDriving early intervention strategies for Member who are incapacitated but not disabled yet, to prevent a claimLiaising with Occupational Therapists and all other rehabilitation service providers involved in managing a claim.Dealing with declines, disputes and Ombud enquiries including litigation mattersSection 14 transfer liability handling for incoming and outgoing schemeBroker and intermediary relationsProduct and process training to Funds as and when required.Periodic reporting on claims statuses and portfolio trends

 

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

At least 5 years’ medical claims assessment experienceOccupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Biokineticist academic backgroundWorked in a Group Risk EnvironmentExperience in dealing with Employers, Members, Fund Trustees/Principal Officer, Ombudsman /PFA and general complaints handling.
