As the Risk and Compliance Manager, you will:

Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental statutory and contractual obligations. Maintain and continuously improve WHSE management systems. Conduct and manage internal and external WHSE audits. Provide technical expertise, training, and support to account-based compliance staff. Investigate and report on OH&E incidents, ensuring effective resolution. Oversee safety compliance workflows, including permits and SWMS. Stay updated on Commonwealth and state OH&S requirements, as well as BGIS and client compliance standards. About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in HSEQ or demonstrated industry experience. Experience: Background in building or facilities management, ideally with subcontract management experience. Knowledge: Practical understanding of OH&S, QA, and environmental regulations in Australia. Skills: Strong report writing, business acumen, and proficiency in MS Office and CMMS platforms.
