Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **The Opportunity:** We have an exciting opportunity for a Risk & Compliance Consultant supporting the Earthmoving Division (EMD) within Construction Industries (CI). In this role, you will manage the audit lifecycle activities for internal audits, work with the EMD facilities, assist with providing communications and instructor-led learning and engagement events, and act as the trade compliance subject matter expert in partnership with the Caterpillar Trade Center of Excellence. You will work closely with leaders within the business as well as the CI segment and others within the compliance community. **What You Will Do:** + Facilitate the audit lifecycle activities in support of IAAS internal audits, including coordination with internal audit and the business. + Facilitate the Audit Remediation and Recertification program + Direct and participate in the risk and compliance education, ensuring ongoing and follow up education including regulations, policies, procedures, and trends. + Partner with the business to provide deeper insights and solve challenges with a customer-oriented mindset including global trade related issues. + Collaborate with the Trade COE on trade compliance activities; act as the subject matter expert for the division, monitoring and communicating global trade regulations, trade alerts and other trade compliance related activities. + Work with the legal team on legal and regulatory topics. + Assist with projects in support of the EMD and CI Compliance team efforts. + Provide visibility of compliance issues/concerns to the division compliance manager. + Influence our compliance culture by demonstrating desired behaviors. **What You Have:** + **Accuracy and Attention to Detail:** Understand the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high level of precision.
