Summary
As a Risk Coordinator at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all risk management inquiries. The risk coordinator is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and reporting risks associated with our company’s business activities. The Risk Coordinator will report to the Director of Risk Management and will work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that risks are identified and managed in a timely and effective manner. This position works in partnership with the Risk Manager and Vice President of Risk and Insurance.Responsibilities
Specific Job Responsibilities
Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with our guests and team members every day. Department administrative assistant. Checks mail and is the liaison to the company and vendors for the department. Serves as liaison to HB Loss Prevention and supports the risk business partners with investigations.Serves as contact for case prosecution and pulls together documentation for legal cases.Monitors Bars/sales to minors program.Develops risk workshops with Risk Business PartnersAssists risk manager with policy/procedure writing and updates.Monitors MVRs for company drivers.Safety coordinator and leads interim safety meetings in the absence of a safety manager.Job Requirements

Must be able to remain standing for long periods upwards of 8 hours at a time, and frequently move about throughout the store, including through any stockrooms and backrooms on premises. Occasionally needs to lift and/or transport between 25-50 pounds throughout the store including through any stockrooms or backroom on premises. Must be able to operate a computer sales terminal and frequently handle or touch products, money and/or any object located within store property.
