Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a Risk Coordinator to support the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) program. In this role, you will work closely with technical and programmatic staff to identify, assess, and manage risks across the program, ensuring all project objectives are met while maintaining a focus on risk mitigation. You will leverage the Active Risk Manager (ARM) tool to track and update risks and opportunities, while collaborating with various stakeholders to address emerging concerns and execute risk response strategies. ACTIVE Q OR TOP SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather risk-related data in partnership with technical leads and program management to identify and document candidate risks and opportunities. Perform qualitative risk analysis and develop strategies for mitigating risks. Develop and maintain the risk register within the ARM tool, ensuring timely updates and execution of risk response strategies. Coordinate the integration of program risks and opportunities into the integrated site schedule. Support the product realization and design teams in developing strategies for project risk handling. Facilitate and prepare documentation (agenda, meeting notes, action items) in support of the monthly risk review board meetings, including tracking follow-up actions. Act as the point of contact for risk register updates and requests from program sponsors. Support the development of the site risk management execution plan to implement the goals and objectives outlined in the Program Management Plan. Develop risk management training materials in support of the site risk management execution plan. Work closely with technical and programmatic staff to update, identify, and document mitigations for risks across the program. Meet with risk owners to document updates to existing risks in the ARM database, assess new risks, and analyze their likelihood and impact. Prepare risks for review and approval by program leadership. Act as a risk management subject matter expert, providing guidance to technical staff, program leads, or NNSA.Qualifications:
Knowledge of standard project management practices, including risk and opportunity management. Advanced communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills necessary to effectively present, explain, and advise Control Account Managers. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Ability to coordinate work and goals across multiple simultaneous projects. Security Clearance: Q or Top Secret Security Clearance.Desired Qualifications:
Experience in the weapons industry is a plus.
