Must Have: 

5+ years of both SAS and SQL experience working with large data sets. Mortgage industry knowledge – i.e., know data elements like LTV, FICO. Solid Technical skills. Data analyst for at least 5+ years.

Tasks:

Provides timely, relevant, robust analyses to support business decisions related to credit risk Cleansing, manipulating and analyzing large datasets using statistical software Solid understanding of business needs to develop business requirements, rules and test cases Gain in-depth understanding of source data and related controls to ensure integrity of reporting and analysis

Requirements:

Degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field with 5-7 years related experience. 5+ years of data analysis experience, with a combination of business and technical skills Knowledge of mortgage industry terms and definitions Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills 5+ years of SAS/SQL experience working with large datasets.
