Risk Engineering Service-Data Entry Associate I

The main function of a Risk Engineering Services Data Entry Associated is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing functions for the Risk Engineers.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties such as, maintaining records management systems including working with Google Maps to pull elevation and flood zones to provide to the Risk Engineers. The Risk Engineering Services Assistant will be collecting data and generating correspondence for reports in a predetermined format. This will occur by utilizing various company databases, the internet, and the Insured website to gather information needed by Risk Engineering Specialists. Associate will be data mining in various Chubb proprietary systems.
  Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word (using pre-determined templates and updating information as needed), Excel (Data Mining and entering needed information onto EXCEL Document which will need to be manipulated)Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 0-2 years’ experience required.
