We are looking for a Risk & Internal Control Professional (m/f/d) to join our Team!
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the local RIC Manager in fulfilling his/her tasks:Supporting the Internal Control process, including ICFR/ICSR, if applicable, as well as assessment related activities and conduct progress monitoring;Performing quality and validation checks;Supporting the quarterly Internal Certification process;Contributing to the quarterly ERM update process;Supporting best practice sharing within the RIC community;Supporting training activities, RIC tool handling and continuous improvement of RIC process.We are looking for someone who has:A Degree in e.g. Public Accountant / Business Administration / related careers;Good knowledge and experience in business, finance and accounting processes, digitalization skills & experience is a plus;Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills;Fluent English (written and spoken);Excellent team player skills;Ability to take initiative and be proactive;Highly flexibility and commitment;Excellent communication skills.What you can expect from us:A health insurance and access to our on-site medical center. 2 volunteering days a year and 4 additional bridge days per year.
