Risk Management Analyst
Plans and coordinates corporate efforts under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). Assists the Facility Security Officer (FSO) with moderately complex security related projects and tasks. + Supports the security manager in the development of personnel security policies and procedures. + Assists with the Corporate Security Training and Awareness Process. Assists the FSO in the development of briefs and presentations. + Responsible for the maintenance of personnel security records. Acts as a resource to employees in completing the Personal Security Questionnaire (PSQ). Supports monitoring the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) for clearance information. + Processes, reviews, and maintains all background investigation documentation throughout the process. Reports any issues to the FSO. + Assists with preparing Visit Authorization Letters (VALs) for projects/personnel. Monitors expiration dates to ensure VALs are current. + Reviews contracts/orders of moderate complexity for security requirements. Coordinates with management to ensure security requirements are properly addressed in each contract/order. + Assists with quarterly physical security inspection and coordinates issue resolution. Coordinates the issuance and administration of PIN based door locks. May communicate with external alarm and guard companies. + Assists in the New Employee Orientation process, reviewing and witnessing ASM Non-Disclosure Agreements, taking fingerprints, badge photos, etc. **Minimum Qualifications** + Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience; relevant security training and/or background desired. + CISSP, Security+ or other security certification preferred + 5-8 years of experience preferably in the security field **Other Job Specific Skills** + Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply Federal, State, and local policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. + Familiarity with the principles of IT, physical and facilities security and risk management. + Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. + Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to train staff on security protocols as needed. + Knowledge of Industrial Security and classified material handling. + Ability to implement security plans and policies. + Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work. + Knowledge of enterprise tools for deploying security updates, antivirus software/updates, and other security mechanisms EEO Requirements It is the policy of ASM that an individual's race, color, religion, sex, disability, age, gender identity, veteran status, sexual orientation or national origin are not and will not be considered in any personnel or management decisions.
