Role and Responsibilities

Collect and prepare evidences for Annual, Semi-annual, quarterly and monthly audits to verify compliance with company's policies and guidelinesCommunicate clearly with staff members responsible for policy implementation and achieve timely execution of policy application within the CompanyConduct quarterly reconciliation of AR (Accounts receivable)/ AP (Accounts Payable/ Promo (Advertising & Promotions) and prepare a summary report for Suwon officePrepare Monthly CFO Checklist report and verify evidences.Conduct the Penalty process for Sales teams tracking the compliance with process and report to HR for quarterly deductionsMonitor compliance with the Sample Product Policy, by verifying evidences, monitoring, reducing non-compliance issues, e.g. non-prolongation cases, and participate in policy adjustment/improvement if necessaryMonthly and Semi-annual sample and sellable goods stock takeAdditional tasks assigned by Head of Division or Team lead

Skills and Qualifications

Business Administration/Finance/ Accounting related educationExcellent attention to detailFluency in English and ability to communicate clearlySpeed – ability to keep up to speed and successfully manage change in a fast moving environmentComfortable with working in a large international companyAbility to work under pressureAbility to take the initiative and solve problems pro-actively
