As a Strategic Analytics Associate on the Connected Commerce Risk Strategy Team, you will perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on multiple consumer lending products. You will be responsible for determining the optimal credit risk strategy over the product life-cycle, enhancing pricing segmentation, predicting credit loss, developing controls and portfolio monitoring/tracking. You will utilize your thought leadership, analytical skills, collaboration skills and attention to detail to effectively work with business partners to drive our Connected Commerce Risk Management initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and Optimize underwriting strategy for Chase's new consumer lending products Support development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance and optimize pricing segmentation Develop controls and portfolio monitoring/tracking to help senior management make data driven decision Collaborate with business partners and different functional teams on new product and strategy launchRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Masters degree and 3 years of Risk Management or other quantitative experience or Bachelror's degree and 5 years of Risk Management or other quantitative experience required. Background in statistics, econometric, data science or other quantitative field Proficient in SAS and SQL Ability to query large amounts of data and transform the raw data into actionable management information Ability to problem solve synthesize / analyze diverse information, develop recommendations and makes decisions Demonstrated experience in applying analytics to efficiently and pragmatically solve business problems through structured problem solving approaches Strong written and oral communication skills Experience delivering recommendations to managementRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
