Job Description

The Risk Management Intern will participate in a project-based internship that will be focused on supporting the business in both business risk management and environmental health and safety areas. The internship will also focus on the assessment and evaluation of at least one emerging risk facing the organization.

This position is located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Accountabilities

Work with the Risk Management team to evaluate processes and identify potential enhancements.

Willingness to learn and engage in all aspects of our risk management programs.

Collect, manage, and present data to achieve forward looking risk insights.

Evaluate potential tools for implementation to improve processes.

Implement process improvements/tools as agreed upon with the team

Support current processes as needed which could include information input, validation, or research.

Qualifications/Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Risk Management, Legal, Environmental Health & Safety, or other Business/Finance related degree.

Knowledge in Microsoft suite with emphasis on Excel.

Ability to prioritize and execute to deadlines.

Willingness to learn and engage in all aspects of our risk management programs.

Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems.

Ability to work 40 hours per week over the course of the Summer.
