Job Description Identify, assess, document and regularly review operational risks. Design, implement and test controls. Develop and test key procedures. Create and review key risk indicators. Create and monitor operational risks against limits, produce respective reports. Registration of risk events, managing and delivering risk incident reports

Implement continual development of anti-fraud policies and procedures governing partners’ operations.

Participate in the development and implementation of campaigns on awareness of fraud risk

Deliver proactive anti-fraud programs in coordination with cross-functional groups. 

Continuous monitoring of the  anti-fraud activities implemented across partners

Analyze empowerment, transactions, and fraud cases to validate systems, processes, and procedures and identify new and emerging fraud trends.

Keeps oneself updated on fraud trends via external channels and industry committees.

Educate and influence partners in Operations to deliver superior customer experience while adhering to controls and fraud policy

Facilitate discussions with business groups across the enterprise to gain understanding of access management business rules to enable the mapping between policies and business applications, identifying required entitlements per policy while ensuring there’s proper segregation of duties  to be able to define Access Management Policies

Manage access governance through the development of access rule definitions that align with Globe’s policies and standards

Maintain the policies for business roles and the associated functions and processes. Ensure proper governance by ensuring role profiles have appropriate privileges and segregation of duties is enforced

Champion the improvement of identity and access management processes, controls and communications related to Roles across stakeholder groups

Manage the relationship with vendors and provide oversight of service implementation and execution

Manage risk through audit monitoring and control functions, ensuring compliance requirements, audits, and verifications are completed
