Webuild is looking for two people for the Risk Management team, to be based in Rome or Milan. Candidates with 1-8 years of experience will be considered.

 

The new hires will be involved in risk identification, assessment and management activities for the Webuild Group and, in particular, will focus on the following activities:

One person to specialise in counterparty risk assessment (1-4 years' exp. preferred); One person to specialise in project risk. A degree in engineering is essential for this role (3-7 years' exp. preferred).

 

Main activities of the Risk department

Supporting Group ERM processes and corporate and contract risk assessment processes; Counterparty risk assessment for shareholders, customers, subcontractors and suppliers; Country risk analysis, with preparation of periodic summary reports for management and in-depth analysis; Drafting of analysis documents and presentations for top management, committees and BoD; Supporting the revision and updating of internal operating procedures and guidelines; Certification activities and supporting documentation for tenders; Support in internal training and dissemination of a Group-wide risk culture.

Requirements

Master's degree in economics, engineering or scientific disciplines such as mathematics and physics; 1-7 years of experience in structured multinational companies - preferably in the Construction, Oil & Gas or Automotive sectors - or in leading consulting companies; Interest in Enterprise Risk Management processes and methods, monitoring and control of complex contract projects, planning and management control, budget analysis, organisational models for internal control and control systems and risk management; High level of ability to analyse and manipulate data, synthesise and represent them using the most common Office tools; Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is appreciated.

Willingness to work in a team and ability to work within assigned deadlines; Curiosity towards the subject, critical spirit and practical approach; Excellent analytical and synthesis skills; Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of interlocutors, including at senior management level.
