Under the direction of the Associate General Counsel for Corporate Risk Management, assists in coordinating all aspects of risk identification, loss control, clinical evaluation, and litigation management including the investigation and resolution of medical/legal issues; also supports System-wide quality and patient safety initiatives, incident reporting process and provides data analysis, all with the objective of reducing financial loss to Kaleida Health while improving organizational performance. Provide real time medical-legal advice and policy interpretation to sites as needed.
