Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
Join BILL’s Risk Portfolio Management team, where we aim to optimize and enhance the Risk Experience for our customers. As a Risk Portfolio Experience Manager, you will play a key role in developing KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor and improve the risk experience across BILL’s platforms. Leveraging your analytical skills and collaboration capabilities, your work will help align cross-functional teams and drive impactful results.
KPI Development & Monitoring: Design, implement, and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of BILL’s Risk Experience. Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, analyze, and synthesize data from various sources—including SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau—to generate meaningful insights and dashboards. Efficiency & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline data sourcing and utilize platforms that enable real-time reporting and self-service. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operational teams to align on risk experience drivers, identify pain points, develop KPIs, share insights, and prioritize improvements. Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and actionable reports and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Process Improvement: Continuously refine reporting processes and systems to enhance scalability, efficiency, and impact. Data Storytelling & Visualization: Create visually compelling dashboards and presentations that leverage data storytelling techniques to drive deeper topic explorations and influence partners and decision-makers. Insight Generation & Strategy: Use data analysis to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations that enhance the risk experience and drive business decisions.We’d love to chat if you have:
3–5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in risk experience, data analytics, and reporting within fintech, financial services, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience in a similar role. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets (Google Suite), and data visualization tools like Tableau. Strong SQL skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, impactful reports and KPI dashboards. Excellent collaboration and influence across cross-functional teams, including Operations, Risk, and Product. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to present technical insights to non-technical audiences. Innovative thinker with a knack for developing creative solutions to complex challenges. Highly adaptable in dynamic environments, with the ability to pivot strategies and approaches as needed. Strong attention to detail, a focus on process improvement, and a commitment to continuous learning. Proactive mindset with a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
